Kes has been gaining back most of the weight that she failed to gain between 4 months and 6 months. She's now a healthy 15 pounds and very active.
She's spoken 3 words so far I think... one is Dada, the other is Bye, and just the other day I really think I heard her say Eli... On the following video she's attempting to pick up a little puffy star snack and put it in her mouth. She did it twice successfully before I got the video camera out. Notice the dogs patiently waiting for her to drop the star on the floor and Eli talking non-stop as he's works on writing his numbers and eating his crackers... :p
