So we've been home for 5 days and it still feels like we are dragging our feet around. We are thankful that we are not very tired or achy, but when we sleep, we have a hard time getting up. Eli on the other hand is having trouble dealing with the time change as he's waking up at odd times at night. I think our kiddo has finally hit his "terrible 2s". On top of being more fussy and determined to get what he wants, he climbed out of his crib last night. I guess we just need to get ready for a new phase of life for all of us..:p
For once I'm very glad to not have to work. I still have lots of work at home, but having a chance to rest and regroup is great. I'm still contemplating all that I've learned and observed in Japan. I'll need to jot them down for sharing with you all later.
