Maybe a sign of things to come? :pThe other day Eli, Kes and I were visiting with our neighbors outside in their driveway. My neighbor Anh was holding Kes and Eli was playing with their kids. All of a sudden I see my dogs running around in our front lawn because Eli had left one of our doors open. So without delay I run back toward to house to corral the dogs. By the time I'd gotten back to our driveway, Eli was running behind me crying very terribly... I thought maybe one of his friends hit him or something, but I needed to get to the dogs first. But he was crying so hard that as I grabbed one dog, I turned to him and asked "what's wrong"? His reply was "don't let them take my little sister!" :p He thought I was abandoning Kes at our neighbors for good. It was so sweet to see how much he really cares about little "mui mui".
